The #1 thing you need to do with your product/service idea is to get real world feedback about it as soon as possible. Talk to prospective customers, find out their pain points and look for how you can really solve the problem.
You might need to drop the big splash mentality, the idea of launching out with a big bang and making a huge impression overnight should be discarded.
You are better off building your business brick-by-brick, one (paying) customer at a time, allowing the customers to tell you what you need to change and you (thoughtfully) improving the business based on their feedback.
Never for once make the mistake of thinking you want to build out everything you have in your mind today, this morning. Better to spread out execution over months, or even years.
Launch with only the bare essentials.
What you really need now is some real world feedback.
