People say stay in your areas of strength and delegate out your weaknesses. Another camp says that we should actually delegate your strengths and work out in your areas of weaknesses.
I think I will take camp B’s advice.
We must not stay in our comfort zones for too long. We need to venture out there every now and then; do something you are not comfortable with.
Nobody was born great at anything, we all went from clueless to novice to intermediate and then acquired mastery. This is a cycle we ought to be more than ready to repeat over the course of our lives.
