Most times we start alone, with very few support, if any. We pour in all we got – skills, passion, money, everything and yet, the vision still seems some what a little further out.
For your projects, businesses to grow as big as you wish they could, you sometimes need to bring others on board. New “stakeholders”, partners, people that can really push the project to the next level.
Most visionary people usually find it difficult to hand-off a part of their startup to others, for them to stop running the show 100%.
The thing is this: if your personal capacity is 1000 and if you want to boost your vision to the realm of 1 million, you better go seek out people that can contribute something. It is always better to own a part of something big than owning 100% of something small.
