After all is said and done, it usually boils down to just trusting that all the stars will align and you will come out tops.
I took a huge, huge risk this week and now, it has paid off in a cool way.
I am certainly glad I took the risk, and now… I am just smiling.
Some leaders would keep on calling for meetings and reports and reviews and wear everyone out, rather than take a decision and stand by it.
Don’t be that guy.
We just need to step forward, fearlessly… with the confidence that we can attract what we need. That everything will be ok.
