A lot of people try too hard to please everybody, and it is obviously a recipe for disaster.
A lot of businesses also try to please everybody and also leads to trouble.
The truth is that the day you pick your target audience; those who you decided you really want to serve through your outfit, you have chose to ignore every other class of people out there.
So, do not be afraid of becoming decisive or even controversial *coughs*, it is all good.
At the early stages of your ventures, you have to pick a small niche to serve; the smaller the better! This cannot be over emphasized.
