Stay in touch

Communication is very important aspect of any project. Every stakeholder in the work must be carried along and not left behind. Make phone calls, send SMS, send emails, visit in person, just ensure the communication is there.

With so many things fighting for the average person’s attention, you must ensure that you remain in touch and that you are not forgotten.

Many event organisers collect all sorts of data from event attendees, including contact details and yet fail to make any contact with the attendees until the next event 6 months later. Such a terrible mistake!

Stay in touch with your clients, let them always know what exactly is going on at all times, let them know the progress of their work. If you are running behind schedule, be open about it. It is usually better to stay in touch with people than NOT.
