When we start out in business, 2 of the most important questions we have to answer is: WHY are we doing this? and then HOW are we doing this?
The WHY question describes the problem we are out to solve and the HOW question describes the current solution. Now, here is the thing; do not fall in love with your HOW, remain open minded that it can change at anytime. It is the WHY that ought not to change.
If you focus on the problem, you will be able to keep generating solutions, but if you focus so much on your solution, if the market does not resonate with it, you will dry up.
