This is one of the most profound definitions of leadership I have ever seen.
A lot of people mix up leadership with giving orders, but they are different. I believe that leadership is about setting up an example for people to follow, when you lead properly, even rebels will surrender to you.
This is why it is important for us to spend as much time as is needed to become the kind of person people would love to follow. Become the kind of man people seek out to follow.
Leadership by giving orders rarely works well in the long run.
