Anybody serious about starting and running a business or whatever has to constantly be on her toes, immersed in continuous learning. You have to keep amassing ideas from people, especially by reading books.
A lot of folks out there just want to go out there and hustle. Which is fine, but there is a role of knowledge and it is as important as the role of hustling. A lot of people at the top of the game didn’t get there necessarily because they hustled more than everyone else, most times they climb the ladder because of their smarts.

You never know where a new idea will come from that will let you leap frog your competitors by several steps. Devoting hours of study into your daily routine is not a waste of time.
Avoid working so hard without sprinkling some smarts into the mix.
