Goal-setting is for amateurs

One key difference between Amateurs and Professionals?

Amateurs have goals, Professionals have a process.

In case you are wondering what the difference is… Here it is:

A goal is merely a statement of intention, that is all it is. A process on the other hand are (well thought out) steps that need to be taken in a certain sequence, in other to get a specific result.

The first month of the year is the time most people set up all those goals for themselves: what they want, what they don’t want and how they want things to go.

However, the boys are separated from the men when it is time to outline the process needed in order for that to happen.

Professionals don’t stop at goal setting…. it must become a clearly defined process they plan to follow.

What is your personal development process?

What is your business marketing process?

What is your idea development process?

What is your spiritual development process??
