Everyone would love to move a little faster than they are currently going and to achieve this, the first line of action is usually to throw more money at the challenge: more ads, more staff, more equipment etc. But more often than not, throwing all these resources into the mix does not guarantee more speed.
Then it dawned on me;
To go fast, you need to move slowly initially in order to figure things out first. Do a thorough plan, take your time. It is a paradox of sorts, reducing speed to gain speed.
When most of us decide we want to go a little faster, we are usually frantically looking for the things to start doing. However, it might be more productive to look for the various things we are currently not productive at all or not so productive and stop doing these things, freeing up more time that can be properly channeled into something else.
We have to take as much time as is required to just sit still, not doing anything obvious and just slowly working out a plan that will then give us a big boost. And trust me, these things take time to figure out. (Which is why most people simply pump in more money)

Watching The World
- Interesting development from Iroko TV, they are set to launch two channels on Startimes: Iroko Play and Iroko Plus. This is really interesting, from online streaming only, they branched into selling DVDs, later they started allowing movie downloads and now, starting to create TV channels.
