I believe breaks and holidays and play should be earned. It definitely shouldn’t be automatic.
If you are just starting out your business, does it really make sense to start thinking of all the free time you would have? In the long run, you will have all the time in the world to play, but right now you have to work hard and make money.
If you have not worked enough to create something of significant value, you definitely have not earned your play yet. If you go to play without earning it, you hurt yourself a lot.
