The primary reason we do business is to make money. Simple!
If its not making money, its not business; that’s more like a busyness.
So, take your customer’s money, all of their money, but please care about them too. If you can’t, then you could at least pretend to.
If people have a nice time doing business with you, you can be sure there will be a next time.
