Life moves too fast, if we are not careful we tend to get carried away. Away from our vision and get trapped in the little things.
That is why we must master the art of taking a look back, reflecting on the journey as the days come by. If we keep doing self examination regularly (daily or weekly), we reduce the risk of forgetting about the grand vision; the reason we even stepped out in the first place.
Taking a look back is a very simple exercise, even 5 minutes should suffice. The major requirement is that it has to be done often, add it to your daily routine.
Take a look back, think about the things you did this week. How many percent of your activities is actually contributing tangibly to your set goals? Do you even have set goals??
