The most difficult task of an Entrepreneur

The most difficult task in a company attracts the most pay. It seems funny then that the highest paid workers are not those in the manual labour department, not the foot soldiers that actually do the work but the Oga at the top.

CEOs are paid a premium to think and talk.

The ability to sit down (or lie down), shut your eyes and start thinking about how to grow a company or gain market share is priceless. And this is the most difficult task an Entrepreneur has to do.

No friend, No family, No consultant, No advisory board member can really do this for you. As an Entrepreneur, you must be so fired up within that you have a strong enough vision already formed and all your advisory circles are really doing for you is to assist you birth the vision.

Every now and then, I run into people who mis-spell my name as M-E-S-S-I-A-H. I am not a replacement for your own brain and vision, I am merely to help you checkmate whatever you are dreaming up. (By the way, my name is actually Ademola Bezael-Jehu Morebise. But more about me later, ok?)

You have to out-think the competition and the current alternatives people have to your own offerings. The competition is usually better funded and have much more resources at their disposal but that must not stop you.

A little insight here and here gotten when you meditate over your own situation is priceless and that is how really great breakthrough ideas come.
