I think it is useful to see business as a marathon and not a sprint.
If we do, then we would be calm enough to take real decisions to ensure the long term health of the business. From my extensive research and personal experiences, it is possible for a business to grow TOO FAST and once this happens, it becomes a very difficult task to scale up the services been rendered.
I am not suggesting you delay everything and move at snail pace. No. What I am really saying is that you should at least ensure your business is up and running and you have some capacity in place before you take the plunge and start aggressive marketing and customer acquisition, this is one of the many takeaways I got from the Tayo Ogundipe interview I shared yesterday.
