Do your part, do it very well and trust everyone else to deliver by doing their own part. When there are lapses, people should be able to analyse the situation and see that you are clearly a part of the solution and not the problem.
Developing headaches over another man’s job description is not so useful even if you have your eyes on their job. Even if your work is delayed because of their own lapses, you just have to hang in there; painting people black just to get ahead might come back to haunt you some day. Who knows what cards tomorrow might bring?
